The left-hand column below lists rates per term. Oregon State University uses a trimester system. Each academic year consists of three terms.
Residents are responsible for checking their student accounts online around the 5th of each month for charges; statements are not provided. Unpaid balances of more than $500.00 as of the 1st of the month following the first eBill statement of the term are considered past due, and will be assessed a late fee of $85.00. Students are financially responsible for all courses which they register. Students are responsible for paying fees by the deadline even if they do not receive a bill. Students enrolled in a payment plan and current on their installment payments will be exempt from the Student Account Late Fee.

Charges begin on September 25, 2024. Students who cancel before this date are assessed a cancellation fee per Section 7 of UHDS contract.
Term and annual rates are calculated based on the days of occupancy. Vacation break periods are included at no extra charge.
There is a fee associated with operating the Residence Hall Association (RHA) incorporated in each room rate.
