Triple and economy triple rooms are available for the 2021-22 academic year, but we are not currently planning to fill them to capacity as we start the year. Rates will not change and no furnishings will be removed, but for fall term 2021 we anticipate no more than two roommates will be assigned to triple and economy triple rooms.
*Wilson Hall Double-as-Single rooms are available only to second-year and above students. These rooms will contain two sets of furniture, but residents will not have a roommate.
Residents are responsible for checking their student accounts online around the 5th of each month for charges, statements are not provided. Unpaid balances as of the 1st of the month are considered past due, and will be assessed interest at the rate of 1% per month (12% APR). You are responsible for paying fees by the deadline even if you do not receive a bill.
Make your payments online or at the cashier's office in Kerr Administration Building.
Charges begin on September 20, 2020. Vacation break periods are included in the contract periods for the halls at no extra charge.
Term and annual rates are calculated based on the days of occupancy.
There is an $20.00 per term fee ($60 for the year) associated with operating the Residence Hall Association (RHA) incorporated in each room rate.
