About University Catering

Our goal is to delight your senses and create a memorable event, while meeting your goals.

University Catering is comprised of professionals and students working together to provide an exceptional service for the Oregon State University campus.

We offer inspired cuisine for a variety of events including small intimate gatherings, business meetings, conferences, banquets, picnics, weddings and black tie affairs.

Our catering menu offers an excellent variety of culinary choices, prepared by our creative staff and served with professional flair. Our professional staff will also help you customize any menu to include a personal favorite or meet dietary restrictions or cultural preferences.

University Catering is located in Arnold Dining Center, 681 SW 26th St., Corvallis, OR 97333.

 

Professional Staff

Mike Fischer is the University Catering Manager.

Michael Lazar is our Banquet Manager.

Chef Kit Swanson is our Executive Chef De Cuisine.

Chef Caitlin Lash is our Catering Chef De Cuisine.

Christina Nunez, Donny Smith, and Scottie Love are our Sous Chefs.

Max Deurloo-Willard, Chellsea Presnall, Maddy Meckel and Ian Gregory are our Food Service Coordinators.

 

Student Jobs with University Catering

University Housing & Dining Services, and Dining Services specifically, employs hundreds of student staff in a variety of locations, including: Arnold, McNary, Bing's at Weatherford, Marketplace West, Off the Quad, Cascadia Market & Café, and University Catering. Dining Services includes student positions in food preparation, retail food sales, dining operations, and customer service.
