Hugs from Home

Hugs from Home care packages are now available to students living off-campus! Packages can be picked up at Cascadia Market on the ground floor of the International Living-Learning Center. We are able to make deliveries to students in isolation or quarantine on campus.

University Housing and Dining Services now offers family and friends the opportunity to show you care with a Hugs from Home care package. There are a variety of Hugs from Home care packages available to help your busy beaver when they are studying hard, celebrating, or just because.

 

Things to Know

  • Hugs from Home package deliveries are scheduled Monday through Fridays.  Weekend deliveries are not available.
  • Deliveries are made to the student's service center or may be picked up at Cascadia Market.
  • Once an order is received, delivery typically takes 48 business hours so please plan accordingly.
  • A simple card is included with each package. You can write a unique message after you provide payment information.
  • Exact package contents are subject to change based on product availability.

Available Packages

 

Orange & Black Pack

Start your student's school year off right with the Orange & Black Pack! Sunglasses, megaphone, pom poms and snacks will surely get them in the school spirit. Available only for a limited time!

 

Kitchen Essentials Package

The supplies you need for a home-cooked meal in your home away from home! Chef knife and cutting board, measuring cups and utensils, hand towel and plastic tote to carry it all.

Lunchbox Package

A bunch of tasty treats, in a sturdy insulated tote (with cold pack) your student can use again and again.

Happy Birthday / Celebration Package

Everything you need for a party! Includes cupcakes, coupon for a pint of ice cream, plates, forks and napkins.

Birthday Cake Package

Make this an extra special birthday with a cake (made by our own University Bakeshop), two pints of ice cream, drinks and utensils. Note: This package requires at least 48 hours notice to be prepared and delivered.

College Provisions Package

To help your student through their studies. Includes school supplies like notebooks and highlighters, snacks, and beverages. (Gluten Free Option Available)

Get Well Package

Nurse your student back to health from home with soup, cough drops, tea, and more.

De-Stress Package

Help your student de-stress before a hard night of studying! A stress ball, coloring book, bubbles, and lots of snacks will surely help them relax.
