Kitchens

  • Tebeau Hall has a large shared kitchen on each floor. All kitchens include a full-size refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, and sink.
  • In addition, each suite in Tebeau Hall comes with a small kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge/freezer/microwave combination appliance.
  • Pots, pans, and other cooking supplies are available to check out from the front desk.

Lounges

  • There are multiple large lounges in Tebeau Hall where students can gather, study and socialize.
  • Lounges are equipped with large-screen TVs, games, comfortable couches and places to study. All lounges are available to residents 24/7.
  • Board games and game equipment like pool cues and ping-pong paddles are available to check out from the front desk.

Laundry Room

Laundry in Oregon State University residence halls is free for residents; no coins or cards are required.

  • The Tebeau Hall laundry room is located on the second floor across from the elevator.
  • Residents should bring their own laundry soap and other supplies.
  • Liquid detergent is preferred.
  • Laundry pods must be placed in the washer itself.
  • Use the Campus CleanPay app to monitor laundry status. (App set-up instructions are posted on site.)
  
Trash and Recycling

Each resident room has a bin for trash and a bin for recycling. When the room bins are full, residents need to empty them in the building's trash and recycling areas.

  • Bottles, cans and paper: recycle these items inside, in the gray metal recycling bins in the lobby area on the ground floor, to the right of the door to the stairwell.
  • Corrugated cardboard: recycle cardboard outside, in the cardboard bin on the north side of the building, up against the south side of Wilson Hall.
  • Trash: empty your trash can outside, in the dumpster on the north side of the building, up against the south side of Wilson Hall.

Bathrooms in Tebeau Hall

All suites in Tebeau Hall have semi-private bathrooms containing a shower and toilet, plus sinks in the suite's shared common area; these are shared only with other residents of the suite. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own in-suite bathrooms. See below for additional restrooms available throughout the building; UHDS staff clean these community bathrooms daily.

Special Interest Communities

Second Year and Above: The fifth floor of Tebeau Hall is set aside for second-year and above students, which includes students who have already completed at least one year of college, or are graduate students or transfer students.

Hall Staff

Professional Staff: Each hall has a professional staff member who lives on campus, supervises student staff members, and is available to meet with students one-on-one for guidance and support.

Student Staff: A team of student staff members lives in Tebeau Hall to assist residents.
