Please let us know if you are aware of a maintenance issue or damage that needs to be repaired. To submit maintenance requests, use the Submit a maintenance request link on the Housing Portal.
If you have a maintenance emergency, please contact a UHDS Service Center or a Residential Education staff member by phone or in-person.
Room entry protocol for maintenance
If you've submitted a maintenance request, our staff will need to enter your room to complete the work. We typically do this between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless there's an emergency.
To help us work more efficiently, please remove any personal items from the area that needs repair. It's also a good idea to let your roommate know about the request. If you’d prefer to be there while the work is being done, just give us a call at 541-737-2032 to arrange it.
