Furnished upper-division and graduate student apartment-style suites at Oregon State University
Oregon State's newest on-campus housing, 1045 SW Madison Ave., will offer a combination of studio and two-bedroom apartment-style suites exclusive to undergraduate students in their second year of college or above and graduate students. Residents will enjoy proximity to McNary Dining Center, Lower Campus Park, downtown Corvallis and multiple transit options. Planned to open in August of 2024, the wait list for fall term 2024 opens Feb. 1.
All units will come furnished and feature a full kitchen and air conditioning. High-speed internet and all utilities are included. The building will also feature on-site laundry, and shared study lounges and community spaces.

1045 SW Madison Ave. is located on the lower portion of the Oregon State University campus, across the street from Champinefu Lodge and Azalea House. The area is bounded by Madison Avenue to the south, SW 11th St. to the west, Monroe Avenue to the north and SW 9th St. to the east.
