1045 SW Madison Ave. is located on the lower portion of the Oregon State University campus, across the street from Champinefu Lodge and Azalea House. The area is bounded by Madison Avenue to the south, SW 11th St. to the west, Monroe Avenue to the north and SW 9th St. to the east.
