New Students

Tuesday, February 11, 2025: Housing Application Available
  • When you complete part 1 of the application will determine when you are eligible for online roommate matching.
  • Online roommate matching is optional. Housing staff will assign a roommate to students who choose not to select their own roommate.
Complete part 1 Access to roommate matching Priority deadline to finish roommate matching, sign the contract and secure a room assignment
Feb. 11-Mar. 31 May 1 11:59 p.m. June 30

Tuesday, April 1, 2025: Contract Available

  • Students must sign their housing contract by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. to avoid a delay in receiving their room assignment.

    • This includes a parent/guardian signature if the student is under 18 at the time of signing their housing contract.

    • The contract will continue to be available after June 30, but students who sign the contract after June 30 may see a delay in receiving their room assignment.

Assignments released: Late July through September.

Current Students

Review the dates and descriptions below to better understand how your housing application completion date impacts when you'll receive your room selection time slot and your eligibility for roommate selection.

 

February 4, 2025, at 2 p.m.: Residence hall housing application opens for all current students

  • Students that attend the Second Year & Above Kickoff event on Jan. 28 will receive early access to the housing application on Jan. 31.
  • Applicants will be given an individual time slot to select a room based on the completion date of part 1 of the housing application and space available.
  • Students that receive a time slot will have the option to participate in roommate matching between Feb. 7-17.
  • Starting Feb 18th students with a time slot may select a room and sign the contract.
  • The application will remain open for current students to complete part 1 until March 14.

Room Selection Notification

  • All Students will be notified an update on the status of their application on Feb. 14. The room selection period will be Feb. 18-28.
  • Students who apply for second year and above housing by 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 13 will have their applications reviewed and approved on a rolling basis as space becomes available.

Transfer Students

  • Residence hall housing application opens: Feb. 4, 2025 at 2 p.m.
