Scholars who will be on Oregon State's Corvallis campus during the summer can live, work and study in furnished accommodations that are just steps from classrooms, labs, and dining facilities.
All reservations require a two-night stay minimum stay with customized rental dates available up to three months. A $50 online deposit will be requested after the reservation is received. The deposit amount will be credited toward your balance.
OSU's Scholar Housing program will be housed in one of our suite style residential buildings from June 18 - September 13, 2024. These spaces offers private rooms with attached private bathrooms, as well as suite-style rooms with shared bathrooms. Both room types come equipped with a sink, twin beds, wardrobes, and desks.
The suite-style rooms are adjoined by a bathroom with a toilet and shower (similar to a “Jack and Jill” bathroom in a home) with lockable doors from inside the bathroom.

Scholars will be issued a room key and an outside door access fob. For the safety and security of our guests and residents we ask you to keep track of keys and report lost or stolen keys. Replacement cost for room keys is $50 and replacement cost for outside door access fob is $50.
Oregon State is a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Corvallis campus (OAR Chapter 576, Division 040). Read more about the policy.
Scholars are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their space while staying with us and are requested to clean before moving out.
