Halsell Hall will house our Scholar Housing program from June 14 to September 11, 2020. Halsell features apartment style units with 2-4 bedrooms. All apartments will be booked as single-occupancy to maintain appropriate social distancing between Scholars. Apartments are fully furnished and feature a living area, kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Floor plans and pictures of Halsell Hall can be found here.

Halsell Apartment (single occupancy)
Amenities: 2-4 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Furniture includes extra long twin bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, couch, and table with chairs. Apartment size will be based on available units at the time of assignment and cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Discounts available based upon length of stay: 7-10 nights 10% discount, 11-20 nights 25% discount, 21-89 nights 50% discount, 90+ nights 55% discount. The 55% discount for 90+ night stays will be applied to invoices after 90 days has passed.

Scholars will be issued a room key and an outside door access fob. For the safety and security of our guests and residents we ask you to keep track of keys and report lost or stolen keys. Replacement cost for room keys is $50 and replacement cost for outside door access fob is $50.
Scholars are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their space while staying with us and are requested to clean before moving out.
If you are driving to campus, parking zones are enforced Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To obtain a permit, contact Transit and Parking Services.
If you are taking the airport shuttle from the Portland airport please get off at the Hilton Garden Inn. Go north, cross Western Boulevard, and proceed up Stadium Avenue until you reach Arnold Service Center (inside of Arnold Dining Center). Check in for all Scholar Housing at Arnold Service Center. The ILLC is east of Arnold, on the corner of 17th and Western.

4. Excessive cleaning: $50/hour of staff time
