The left-hand column below lists rates per term. Oregon State University uses a trimester system. Each academic year consists of three terms.
Residents are responsible for checking their student accounts online around the 5th of each month for charges, statements are not provided. Unpaid balances as of the 1st of the month are considered past due, and will be assessed interest at the rate of 1% per month (12% APR). You are responsible for paying fees by the deadline even if you do not receive a bill.

Charges begin on September 17, 2022. Students who cancel before this date are assessed a cancellation fee per Section 7 of UHDS contract.
Term and annual rates are calculated based on the days of occupancy. Vacation break periods are included at no extra charge.
There is an $20.00 per term fee ($60 for the year) associated with operating the Residence Hall Association (RHA) incorporated in each room rate.
