The Pride Community is an inclusive and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ students and advocates. All students wanting to live in a gender-inclusive and LGBTQIA+ affirming environment are welcome in the Pride Community.

Goals of the Pride Community

  • building community and networks among the Pride Community residents and the broader Oregon State LGBTQIA+ community
  • connecting students to campus resources and skill-building opportunities
  • providing health and wellness education

  • Single-user restrooms and gender-inclusive multi-stall restrooms on the floor

What to Expect

Students living in the Pride Community will have access to dedicated staff focused on their community development and well-being. Living in this community will help students build friendships and mentoring relationships. They can partake in resource- and community-building workshops and activities focused on topics important to LGBTQIA+ communities, while building the resources for success at OSU.

Select the Pride Special Interest Community as one of your top choices in your housing application. You can also edit your application to select the Pride Community at any time before your housing assignment is completed.
