McNary Hall is a large community of five floors and 300 students. It's located on the east side of campus, adjacent to McNary Dining Center and a short walk to the Valley Library.
McNary is home to the Health & Well-Being Living-Learning Community in partnership with the College of Science and the College of Public Health & Human Sciences. The Health & Well-Being Living-Learning Community is a space for students to connect with other students who are excited about health and science, especially the intersection of these fields and the perspective of improving our communities across Oregon and beyond. It is highly recommended for students pursuing science and health degrees.
The second floor (east wing) of McNary is home to a community for Second Year and Above students.
The second floor (west wing) McNary will be home to a community for the new Mindfulness Living-Learning Community. The Mindfulness LLC is for students who are interested in exploring balance and meaning in their lives. The Mindfulness Community is a partnership with the School of Psychological Sciences but is open to any interested student.
The fourth floor, east wing of McNary is a Study-Intensive community.
Beginning in Fall Term 2017, McNary will be home to a new Living-Learning Community, the Mindfulness LLC, as well as a wing for Second Year and Above students.
