Graduate student housing at OSU is designed to give you a living environment designed to fit the needs of OSU graduate students while offering flexible contracts and private spaces, within walking distance to academic buildings at OSU. Students not interested in the community identified below will also find success in our Second Year and Above locations that are a more traditional nine month contract.
Halsell Hall on the 4th floor west wing will be exclusively for graduate students. All suites are ungendered and contracts are for each academic term a student wants to stay.

Bloss Hall has a floor exclusively for graduate students on the top (7th) floor and Second Year and Above for students on lower floors with some first-year students on the lowest floors in the building.

• No hidden fees – no deposits, Internet or other utility fees
• Flexible contract to meet your needs: 3, 6, 9 or 12 month options
• Laundry is included (no coins or quarters needed!)

In addition to these amenities, you’ll be steps from Southside Station at Arnold and Cacadia Market, featuring Grab & Go items, pantry staples and local, organic produce and ingredients to prepare your own meals.

Room Rate Per Academic Term: Price: $2550/term (flexible graduate resident contracts available)
Meal Plan: Dining Plan 5 $429/term
Assignment: All suites are gender-inclusive.
Space: All Double as a Single or Small Single rooms available.
